I’ve never been to their location, I have only bought from their stand at the Pioneer Park. My boyfriend has a severe case of celiac and cannot have any gluten whatsoever. The buttermilk bread is literally the best sandwich bread I’ve ever had both glutenous and not. I understand the low ratings are based on their business hours however if you live in the Salt Lake area it’s much easier and more effective to go to the farmers market in Pioneer Park to purchase their delicious bread.
I've been trying to go during posted business hours, but they're never open. I have celiac and have been wanting to try this place out and maybe buy something/support local but everytime I've gone it's not open. I've tried to give them a phone call but it went striaght to a voicemail-type message. I'll give them one more try, but if they're not open next time I'm never going there because it's ridiculous that a business isn't open during their posted (on their store window) hours.

Stopped for coffee last week and its americano was excellent! Didn’t get food but it smelled and looked great. Nice staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Very good gluten free food. The low star ratings seem related solely to open hours. Sometimes the owner has to close for baking and cannot take time away from cooking in order to properly serve customers, as she is short handed, but is hiring, so that should be solved. I called, got an answering machine, but went anyway and found her open and cooking. We had a great meal. Go by. Give it a shot. We'll come back.
This is the third time I've tried to shop here, on a weekday, during posted open hours. Again, they are not open. This time we stopped by at 1:30 on a Tuesday; the closed sign said "come back at 1:00" , it was dark, the cases were empty, and there was no writing on the chalkboards. It looked like no one had been in there in a while. I can't tell if they're even in business, anymore. I hate to leave a negative review, and I'll be happy to change it if I ever find them open, but I suggest at the very least that you call before going out of your way.
So I deleted my previous review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Here I am ready to buy merchandise and they’re not open. After 3 years of living in Heber I’ve never been able to try this place. I mean, it says open in the screenshot I attached to this review.....it’s not open. Nothing about this business makes sense to me.
My wife and daughter have to eat gluten free. This is the only gluten free that I not only like but love.. I may need to switch from regular bread to this bread. This lady needs a Nobel Prize! If you need to eat gluten free bread then this is the place!
Love all her gluten-free baked goods. I usually get them from her at the local gluten free expos. Best English Muffins I've eaten, better than the big brand names.
This small out of the way coffee house produces the best gluten free baked products that you will get anywhere. From their breads ( rye ,white, muffins) to their pies and cakes you cannot go wrong.
As the review said: Not open during posted hours. There was a gentlemen sitting inside eating who didn't have the decency to say anything just shook his head at us, indicating that we couldn't come in, they were closed. Went to Starbucks instead
