We came in with a large good, but our service was excellent. Our waitress was on top of everything! We got our food quickly and everything was correct! The Rolls are awesome. Ceser salad bad, Crewtons are stale, salad was limp. TOP sirloin 8oz was very tender, but out side is gray and with some kind of grill marks. Bake potato was ok, Sour cream is almost sour. It like there is not enough volume per week to move fresh food all the time. All this food is on the border of being spoiled. I took my mom to dinner for her 83rd birthday and I let the waiter know and I would have thought they would have at least acknowledge it being we were spending alot for a dinner. The service was great and the food was delicious. We went on Dec 26th and the service was slow because they were short handed. They were really apologetic and the manager who was working the kitchen even came and spoke to us. Had the loaded potato skins and tender both were pretty good. 2nd and last time we will eat here, fries were sent out ice cold and chicken sandwich had no bacon. And i never got my side salad. Manager came out said sorry about no bacon, he was only going to take off half of meal. I told him what about the cold fries? The Manager said he and another Manager were cooking. How the hell does a Manager send out cold food and forget a item on a sandwich. We ended up not eating chicken sand and left.
