Service here is so not attentive it took our food a hour to come out and wasn’t even hot but the flavor was good. Just an old have been better if it was hot. It’s crazy because they said we are just really busy but I been looking at them all night and honestly they weren’t do much. They forgot our plates for our rolls and they forgot straws for our drinks already a bad experience to begin but hey not this location I will stick to Crowley location Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Took over an hour to get food once ordered. I saw "customers" waiting to be seated as we were seated first for some time, be seated, and get their food before us. I paid for my drink and left. Good Service. Food was good. Had the grilled meatloaf, onions made the dish, also a ceaser salad. Rolls were tasty with the butter. My son had the chicken fried steak, the sweet potato was really good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Great food but mediocre service. The hostess and bartender were excellent. My server was polite but missing in actions. I had to repeatedly ask other employees to ask her to return to my table for service. I was told she was relatively new and it showed. She was inattentive not rude. She was sweet but training is definitely needed.

Myself and two friends had lunch here on Wednesday 1/3/24 at 1145AM. The server was uninterested and she needed a bath. She smelled, a lot. Ordered onion rings as an appetizer only to be told they had no onion rings. OK. Not a great start. We ordered potato skins and they were good. I had a chicken fried steak that was dripping in grease with something that was supposed to be gravy. The gravy was a round scoop of something with no taste and stayed in a solid ball on my steak. The rib-eye steak my friend ordered was not cooked correctly and the waitress when she was told said she was sorry and made no attempt to correct it. Ordered desert and my friend ordered the apple/blueberry cobbler with ice cream. It had been in the holding area for a couple of days the server said and made no offer to replace the sodden mess that had become a mush. Over $77 dollars for the meal and $33 dollars for the appetizer and desert. What a waste of money. VEVER AGAIN! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was edible but not worth the price. Brought home entire ribeye for the dog tasted more like sirloin not very flavorful. Server was excellent. Food was good, service was top-notch, atmosphere could've been better but maybe it was because we were in the bar area. It was also freezing cold in the restaurant. I don't usually have a temperature issue but I think they hadn't adjusted the thermostat after the cold front arrived. Oh, the rolls are amazing! I just moved here a few months ago and decided to take my family out for the night. Almost everything was perfect. The hostess was very kind and sweet, the restaurant was clean and inviting, the food was phenomenal, and my server, well, that's where the star was lost. His name was Zachary or at least that's what the receipt said as he never told us his name. Although he was not rude or anything like that he just doesn't have very many people skills. As it was a Friday night I was prepared for the usual you get from busy nights ( slower cook times, server busy, ect...) after we received our appetizer it took 20 min just for him to clear the table despite him walking past the table several times empty handed. My wife and I both felt he cared more about the other tables he had then he did about ours. Our 10 yr old kept trying to interact with him (in most cases trying to help clean the table lol) and he would smile but in a manor that is almost like trying to avoid acknowledging him. Our menus were left until he cleared the table after we were done with our meal. I was considering ordering a desert but he never asked as server's usually do. Instead he just hurried and asked if we wanted the check. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant just not the server. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Coco was our waiter. Our ticket was 90 for 3 adults and 1 kid. He took our drink order, food order and brought food out and never checked on us again until time to cash out. My sons asked for medium rare on his steak and it was rare. He barely ate it and if the waiter had came back and checked he would have been able to fix it but my son got tired of waiting. He stayed chit chatting and hardly paid us any attention but was super nice when he gave us the check. Sorry but we won’t be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
