I tried Lola’s tonight at Anderson Farms. They may have just been having a bad night so take this review with that in mind.
Pros: cute truck, friendly server, easy to understand menu, appealing options.
Cons: very long wait time, bland birria, no utensils for smothered fries, expensive.
I paid $18 for an order of birria smothered fries. After trying the food, I would say it was not worth the wait (40 minutes, maybe 15 people in line). To give context, the friends I was with were able to get through the pizza line, eat, get through the donut line, eat again, walk around the festival, and still came back to find me in the same line they left me in. If the food had been outstanding, it would’ve potentially been worth the wait. They ran out of forks and left it to customers to figure out. 👎
Overall, I would not recommend Lola’s to family or friends.

All of the food is great!! The tacos are delicious! Their green chile is rustic and flavorful. It's not too spicy. The quesadilla was crisp and gooey on the inside! My man running the kitchen was an absolute beast! Thank you!

Ate at one of their food trucks, their loaded fries were pretty horrible. The fries were soggy soaked in this watery under seasoned green chili. The Al pastor on top was cold tough and flavorless. I would avoid their food trucks.

The people are so nice, but the food is so terrible and overpriced. I promise the tacos you make at home will be 10x better quality.
