I have always liked Long John Silver's. It was my first job as a teenager in the 70's. I frequent the restaurant at least twice a month. The meal was fresh, hot and very good. The young man that took my order and helped in the drive-through was extremely nice and personable. I know things change over time, but that fish, with the Malt Vinegar and a dab of tarter sauce, certainly makes my taste buds happy. The food and service were good. I had the fish and shrimp combo, food would've received a five but they were out of fries. Bench seats were VERY well worn. My order was wrong when I got it.!!I ordered a shrimp platter. What I got was a fish and shrimp platter with no hush puppies!! Why don't we have a good manager here?? The store was dirty and no ice, no condiments, ketchup. This is the only LJS here. Please, get some one good to work there. The food is good, but your business is suffering!! Half of my order was missing. Made it all the way home before realizing. Picture shows it's am a&w also; it's not. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else. Looks like I'm not the only one recently to get stiffed here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the absolutely worst burgers ever. I told them no lettuce or tomato and they changed me.15 cent's for tomato. The pickles taste like cucumbers zero pickle flavor. Way too much mayonnaise on everything. Onion rings were overcooked and they change you $1.50 for them instead of french fries. The other french fries were refrigerator cold and half cooked potato. The parking lot needs to be replaced, the exterior of the place needs repainted and new wood. A& W should separate itself from Long John silver. Floors filthy, not swept from day before. ARRIVED AT 11:10AM no one inside eating no one thru drive thru while wevwere dining in. 1st the chicken was Luke warm. The hush puppies barely had the chill taken off. Possibly last night's left overs and warm up in microwave. The whole building needs attention, ceiling tiles in dining by drink machine is missing and insulation is showing, water coming out from under drink machine to table behind the wall. The overall building outside needs new wood and paint. Overall we are totally dissatisfied with the food and our total experience. I ordered a family meal of 12 pieces and 3 sides half fish half chicken 2 fries and a side of Cole slaw my order was missing all the chicken and the Cole slaw for 50$ and when trying to reach the restaurant to correct the mistake with 4 maybe 5 employees in the restaurant not one could answer the phone over a period of 10 min won’t be back anytime soon Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Fish

It’s a old building so I’m not sure why people complain unless they plan on giving them money to remodel the place. Sometimes I like to have this kind of greasy, fried food. This place is filthy, though! There always seems to be a leak, with buckets to catch & wet floor signs to be sidestepped. The floors are nasty & perpetually sticky, the ceiling looks caked in grease. The staff are friendly, but I hate it that they have to work in such conditions.
