The wait is terrible, the drive through employee at the window was very rude. I asked for 15 packets of tartar sauce because of the big order I had. He gave me two pack packets. I told him that I asked for 15, he said I can give you a couple more, he then handed me 3 more packets and closed the window.. I had to park go inside and ask for more and of course they wanted to charge me. I would understand the extra charge if I had a small order but as much food as I got, I felt like that was ridiculous. I ordered two of the sampler platters and this is what I got. I spent $35 and they were very very rude about it. Plus the grease look like it was old but for $35 this is what I got.
