After I paid for my order in driveway, I was told to pull over and my food would be brought out. We waited 20 minutes and by that time they had the doors locked (45 minutes prior to close time). There was a line of people in cars waiting for their orders. It was clear noone was coming out to bring food. I'm not sure what kind of unprofessional and uncalled for game this was but I'll be sure to never return. If a Manager exists here, shame for allowing this to go on at this establishment. This place used to be terrible, but I have to say that the last couple of times I've been there, the service was great, I got my food quickly and it was delicious. The food was so bad that not only do I wish I could get my money back, I wish I could get the calories back so I could do myself a favor and go to Culver's instead. The food was clearly not even fresh. It was way oversalted. The staff was downright rude. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a while.
