Lets start with the wait...there was a bit of one but that is to be expected on a Friday night, the dining experience was great the lighting was just right and the waitress made the experience amazing buy being tentative to our needs and making sure our cups were never empty. The management was polite and checked on every table and even engaged us in conversation. Had a gift card I wanted to use. It was slow, not a lot of people. However, service was still very slow. The food was really good. I got the ribeye medium rare with the Brussel sprouts. Sat for a long time with empty plates waiting on Bill. Luckily, we had nowhere to be. Food is good service bad. We dine in at the bar area. It took 30 minutes to get served. The bar server could have been fairly new. I am not positive. I was not use to a bar attended waiting on two people with drinks and food. She waited until their food was served to the customer then she moved to the next guest in line. We got there at 8 pm. We received our food and drinks at 9 pm. Never coming back here again. Food was good. However we got seated at 7pm and ordered asap cause we knew what we wanted. We did not get our food till 8:20!!!!! We were so frustrated. Not sure if it was the waitress or what but the restaurant was NOT busy. Ruined our evening. We would ask for water and maybe 10-15 min later we got it, same for more bread. Even our check! Then she didn't bring our chang and we had to ask for it which took her 15min to bring back to us for some reason even though I saw her standing in the back while I walked my kids out so my husband could wait for the change. I saw other waitresses bringing food and drinks like right away and flipping tables......but the section we were in had three tables that were there for hours. So not sure what that was about. Will not return, workers on floor seemed overwhelmed. Thought they were short staffed, but the employee fighting and swearing and screaming at each other is enough for me to never come back. The weed smell off the bartender was also off putting....she was nice though, of course she was...she was high. Food was ok....better at other locations for sure. Shame....it's close to home. Had a good time there last night. Came in about an hour before close and even though they were understaffed, they waited on me and my party and made sure our food was hot and fresh. Our waiter was Amir and he was extremely kind and attentive. Would def go back Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

i do not recommend this location at all for to go orders . dine in but please don’t do to go order. both times i ordered at this location my order was 40 minutes behind . every time they would say 10 more minutes. it was several ppl waiting for over 30 minutes , 1 person for 2 soups which i ridiculous . i worked in the food industry the only. food will get backed up is due to re cooked orders , and/or too much playing . whoever the chef is need to get his team together bc i have seen orders go out fast busy or not . my man is a chef and trust me i know . rarely have to do a re cook . BACK OF THE HOUSE. need more training or another chef . period

Waited several minutes at the front door for the hostess to appear. Once seated we had good service and the food was delicious. It was extremely cold in the restaurant however, not only for us but our food got cold rather quickly. Also the phone rang continuously the whole time we were there. No one ever answered it.
