Soooooo I haven’t been here in a few years && honestly 10 out of 10 I had a greats Weber by the name of Zarielle I think very kind very attentive she did an awesome job. My food was delicious! Lobster cooked to perfection! && this is just what I ordered I came with other ppl && we all enjoyed our food very much. Ooooh and the atmosphere was soooo relaxing the only thing that I do have to complain about is if your going you should call && reserve because for whatever reason when you walk in if your not on top of your game they will skip you && seat other people.

Food was outstanding....service was a bit slow.... but due to today's times where nobody wants to work I cannot blame the server as she had 30tables to deal with.....my recommendation to Longhorn would be you don't need 2 people at the door to seat people and use them to help out on some of these tables when they can

This place never fails the staff is always nice and friendly. However it was a little busy when we came sat but we stayed and waited it was definitely worth the wait. They apologized for how busy it was but the food was fantastic they cook your food the exact way u want it. Thanks for a fantastic service

First time, last time!
5pm, not busy.
Service was poor, no refill on drinks, server even asked and never returned. Half way through eating until A1 sauce requested at food delivery was received.
Steak was not cooked properly, tasted like it had been microwaved, real funky taste.
Overpriced.
Avoid.

Today I ordered for curbside. Order was to be ready by 3:50 p.m. I checked in and 20 mins after check in my food still wasn’t sent out. So I tried to call the number 5 times. Now you may ask why I didn’t just go in? Because I paid for curbside and I had already tipped for curbside. No one ever came out. Being that I thought I wasn’t getting out of my vehicle I wasn’t dressed to go inside. So my 19 year old daughter did, where they seated her at the BAR to wait. 10 minutes later they bring the food to the BAR to give to her. No apologies, no explanations. The food was lukewarm and just disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t do curbside service don’t offer it.

We always have a good meal and service when we visit Longhorn Steakhouse. I used to always get their Prime Rib, but they stopped selling it a few years ago, then I switched to the Outlaw Ribeye at the suggestion of a waitress. Now, however, I try to eat a bit healthier, and they offer a few options, such as their Longhorn Salmon. They also make some great cocktails. My wife loves their Strawberry margaritas. (Go with the long pour!) If you want great steaks without all the noise and insane wait times of Texas Roadhouse, this is a great choice! You can also join the wait list here using their app!

7 pepper seasoning on a New York strip🤌 cooked medium... simply delicious and tender. It has been a while since I had one. The last time was in Puerto Rico. It's not on the menu,ask for it.
Brussels sprouts were delicious; I was extremely surprised! They are fried/ crispy and have a sweet smokey sauce😋
You can't go wrong with some warm bread and butter to pair it with your steak 🤌
And Caesar salad is always good 👍

I’m really sad and disappointed with my food that I picked up. My husband went to enjoy a ball game with his dad and brother so I stayed behind to work on the house. I decided to treat myself to a nice steak dinner from here since I had a credit balance on a gift card. I got the 6 oz sirloin along with 2 sides: baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli. I had a pleasant encounter with the employee who brought it out to my car. He was very kind and friendly. I was so excited about eating my hot dinner, especially since I never order steak for myself. Well, to my surprise, I was very underwhelmed and sad to notice a couple of things. First, the broccoli wasn’t cooked enough. They were still crunchy and worse, they put in some bad pieces that should’ve been thrown out. A couple of pieces looked like it had mold on them. Second, the steak was really small (I guess that’s what you get for a 6 oz), but it was super tough and dry. I had a hard time cutting it (even with my sharp steak knife) and then more of a struggle to chew it. I could barely chew it down to swallow it, that I had to spit it out. This went on during my whole meal. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the sweet potato. I was expecting to chew on a hot, juicy, and tender steak. Instead, it was lukewarm, dry, and tough. I even ordered it medium rare, but either it was cooked a little too long, or the steak had been sitting in storage for a little longer than it should have. I somehow finished it (minus the pieces I spit out), but now my jaw hurts. Nevertheless, I won’t be getting the sirloin again.

We thought by utilizing the wait list we could skip the wait time like other resturants in the area. Yeah... not how it works. We still waited 45 minutes to be seated. We did mot receive bread like the other tables around us did. Our drinks were not refilled. The food is just not worth what you're going to pay for it. The service was the worst I have received in years. My steak was the most chewy rare steak I have ever attempted to eat in my life. I ordered medium rare and it was still quite bloody, and only the edges were cooked correctly. The best part of my very expensive meal with the Brussel sprouts. We will not be back, this was a very disappointing experience at long horn.
