This was my second time. I went for lunch and had the Lonhorn salmon 7oz. With a side salad and fries. I also had a wonderful glass of sangria. Everything was delicious! The food came promptly and the presentation was very nice. The salmon looked and tasted delicious. I also indulged in a cheese cake with Carmel topping and that was just amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the coffee. It was Luke warm too dark a very bitter. It tasted like medicine. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Parking was somewhat difficult. To-go check-in was difficult because the spots were not numbered. After getting checked in, food was brought out quickly and efficiently. Order was just as we placed it. Arrived home and thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. What a wonderful to go meal! No food complaints at all!! Food consumed before photo! Customers of the Gastonia Longhorn steakhouse beware! We ordered a Miller Lite bottle with our meal. The menu showed a 16 oz Miller Lite bottle for $5.49. We received a 12 oz Miller Lite bottle. We were charged $5.49. We questioned the waitress who then falsely told us the menu price on the was for a draft. The menu clearly showed draft prices at $2.99 on the right side and the bottle prices on the left. The Manager, Carlos, came over and told us that was just the price even though we clearly showed him the menu falsely advertised. This is blatant false advertising. Then we called Guest Rleations who told us they don’t even serve 12 oz bottles. This makes me think the Gastonia location is cutting corners and serving 12 oz bottles purchased outside for a 16 oz price. Who knows how many customers they have overcharged for a product advertised differently. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Service: 1

Dined for dinner (7/10/23) as a party of 5; The atmosphere was fair. Our waiter Kristen was very attentive and nice. There was some confusion with seating when we arrived at the host stand; but it all worked out at the end of the day. We ordered a variety of appetizers and for drinks we went with the Mango Margarita. I do recommend trying out the mango margarita with a sugar or salt rim if you like that type of thing. As for the steak; it taste good but the wrong T-bone steaks were placed on the wrong plates. Meaning: The medium well was on the plate that the medium steak should have arrived on. That wasn’t a big deal, and we just switched them out. Look forward to dining again on my next visit. Thanks for accommodating us last minute. 4/5. First time at this location. As pre normal steak was bland and slightly over cooked. Sierra Chicken was cooked to perfection. Service from hostess was great. One of our orders came out wrong as far as loaded baked potato was ordered and fires came to the table. We were OK with that but the hostess made sure that the kitchen knew of the mistake and brought us a loaded potato to go. The drinks are the only thing that needs to be improved. Needs more or better options. I got a margarita, it was ok. My wife got a strawberry drink, it came hot n it had ice. Should've got a beer 😆. We had a group of 12 for an office Christmas party and Longhorn graciously reserved a spot for us weeks in advance. The manager (I believe his name was Tim?) was accommodating and pleasant to speak with. Our group had diminished to seven so I called ahead to let them know we didn't need such a large table. The hostess was very nice. We arrived on time, were seated within minutes. Our server (so sorry I'm terrible with names) was great. The food was great, served hot and fresh. It's unusual to have seven people with seven different meals have nothing to complain about. We all enjoyed our food and service and hope to visit again soon. I met a friend there for lunch. The place was clean and the hostess was extremely nice. However, our waiter was a bit "rude!" Very pushy. He wanted us to "move on" so he could sit someone else. (We were there maybe an hour.)The place was NOT crowded! He tried to take my friends plate before she was finished. He even made the comment "take your time. I'll get someone else to clean up!" SERIOUSLY? As for the food, it was ok. The sweet potato was great. The salad was very small. My steak was bland and had so much gristle I had to send it back. Just left here from eating lunch and everything was absolutely AMAZING! Our server was awesome!!!! I wish I remembered her name. Our food was so good, hot and fresh! The crusted parmesean chicken is so great! I don't remember our servers name but she was the bartender and worked morning shift on 8-19-22 ! If you're the management team and you are reading this. Hats off to that server, she's AWESOME! Same for the cooks as well. Although we don't see them directly they are the heart of the house and all of our dishes were perfection. Server was excellent. Management was terrible. My steak was not cooked properly and the manager that came to the table did not agree. I ordered like the picture on the menu and it did not look like the picture on the menu. My daughter ordered her steak the same way as mine and her's was right.
