Do people think Loot is closed? Or perhaps the place has just lost its appeal for some reason? I don't know. I still like it. My wife loves it. It is open. It's different inside; less merchandise, more seating. Revamped menu. Good quality. Cool music. Had a huevo sandwich for breakfast that was a 5. Coffee is 4-5. Atmosphere 3-4.

Really cool interior but the kitchen is way too slow and also the breakfast really mediocre for the price. There are definitely better options in Zihua! Head here for a coffee / juice to check out the interior design but don’t bother for more. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $200–300

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this restaurant looking for dinner and it was great. I was surprised that on a Friday night at 8pm the place was empty. We were the only people there. Such a beautiful and clean space. The design and detail here is amazing. The building is 3 floors. The food was delicious. We tried the chicken sandwich and the burger. Both made to order and very fresh. The fries are delicious as well. The sandwiches are very large portions. I had the home sweet home mocktail. It was.....different. The maple syrup is VERY strong. I told my boyfriend it was like drinking strawberry french toast. That’s the best way I could describe it. Not my favorite but something different. Service was amazing. They accept both cards and cash. I paid with card and was able to leave a tip this way too. $535 pesos for the meal + tip

I was excited to go to Loops for lunch as per the reviews. I was so disappointed. There was no ambiance. And no decor. Asked to visit the surf shop as mentioned in the reviews. There is nothing. The lady told me that they were waiting for new stock. Ok. I understand and still decided to eat there. I ordered a Burrito and 2 glasses of flavored water. Total price: 400 pesos! Walked here from embarc- which was a bit of a hot walk but loot was well worth it! Super clean, open and modern like look in ZIH. The little food truck in the front is an added level of cuteness! The presentation was top notch and all the juices were delish! My husband will forever talk about the orange bread French toast he had there and so I’m sure we will be back in a few days or so for round two!!j

Love this concept of a holistic store within walking distance from La Ropa beach: art, clothing, food, and more! Cocktails are really good, dinner options were varied (had the Calliope Burger). A gorgeous patio filled with plants and the coziest couches to sit on while enjoying your meal....excellent coffee, sourdough bread, chilaquiles verdes, fruit....Well-priced, high quality, and extremely hospitable! Stop in and order coffee at the counter or sit down for a full service meal. Available for cocktails and dinner too, and I think you can smoke there if that matters to you...Lush, tranquil, delicious! Thank you to the server in the mornings, a young woman, very fun, honest, and attentive. Wish we had found this earlier in our trip so we could have returned more frequently!
