Horrible customer service, they never offer me a drink or chips, and worst of all, they don't ever give us the point for each of our log ins on the five star system. My grandma accumulated enough points for $25 free slot play, and they just went "missing" randomly. The machines have a good variety of games, however, the employees are not trained correctly to use the reward system they offer and they are rude and lack service skills.
