Great service and good food. My husband and I had the street tacos for $9. We came back after a concert and had the nachos which were a big portion, enough for my husband and I to share. Our hostess Cynthia was a sweetheart. Very warm and friendly. Felt like we knew her for years. She was our hostess both times. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have for the past few years, enjoyed Luis Reyes food. The chicken tenders and wings were great. Yesterday we ate there again. This time they no longer serve chicken tenders and the wings were served with only 2 drumettes and 9 of the chicken wingettes. What a rip off. For that kind of money you would think that you would get your monies worth. I asked a server. The server said NEW COOK NEW RULES. . The cook will only serve 3 drumettes at the most. I thought , maybe he is taking the drumettes home. WIngs have both. How can you not be served both wing parts?

Went there last night and spent the night there, I love the happy hour they have here and the deli club is an awesome sandwich food was hot when it came out the service was fast and friendly. One of my favorite spots besides the hotel. Thank you pala.

My husband and I went here and the food was amazing and the service was great. His burger came out perfectly medium well done and I had the carne asada fries and it was HUGE. So much food and so good.

I have been coming to Pala casino for the past few years, and I frequent Luis Rey's every Saturday for their Happy Hour tacos, along with other food and the buffet. Today, for the first time ever coming here, my family and I were turned away because of my four month old baby, who had nothing to do with my patronage.
We aren't allowed on the patio because of her, which I understand, but if I am to order anything off the menu, I have been told that i need to wait at the bar. Again, I obliged. Not a problem. Now, just ten minutes ago, I was refused service by your bartenders and the manager. "It's too busy for your order." Again, I have been coming here for years, been a patron and have spent $50 to $500 at a time at your casino, and to be rudely turned away because of my little one, is upsetting. Other customers have their food brought to them in the dining area. I even offered to wait at the bar to make it more convenient for your lazy employees just so I can enjoy the food. I was under the impression that this establishment was a family friendly environment, but the service my family received tells me otherwise. I don't believe I'll be coming back.

Went there last night with wife and unfortunately the service was terrible. Our waitress was nice but it took 10 min to get waters. We ordered the lobster roll for an appetizer, it came out with the entree and the middle was frozen. No one checked on us to see how we were doing. No refills on water, or my wife's drink. The floor manager looked lost. Will eat at the cafe across they way next time. I know they are good
