Luna Grill has the best Gyro in town! I have gone here for the last year and have never had a bad experience. Kids eat free Monday-Thursday! They have an amazing chicken kebab and the hummus trio is to die for! You can’t go wrong with anything from the menu! The atmosphere is very fun and inviting(: The new manager Monica is extremely nice and makes it a point to provide excellent customer service. First off, Monica was so sweet and personable. My husband and I actually live closer to the Colleyville location but haven’t had the greatest experience. We started coming to the Southlake location. I ate with my family last night. My sisters and I met the lady manager MONICA. We were absolutely impressed with her professionalism and kindness welcoming friendliness towards us. There was another lady cleaning and bringing the food to us. Amazing how polite and friendly she also was. The environment, the food, the temperature inside the restaurant was perfect! Another thing we noticed among others, Monica was helping the other lady clean tables, the counter, throwing away trash with so much humbleness. Seems to me her expertise and professionalism and friendly attitude inspires the other employees to do their job with excellence. Have been in Texas fir 5 years now and just tried Luna Grill for the 1st time yesterday. I loved it so much that I came back the next day for it again! Met the manager Monica who was so friendly and a pleasure to have a conversation with! Restaurant is super clean, staff is very friendly and the food is amazing! We have dined at this restaurant a number of times - our first visit was just prior to our move to TX. We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady named Maria. She made us feel like family, and that first meal was exceptional. We frequent this restaurant on a regular basis and we are never disappointed. Recently went to Linda Grill for lunch with a friend who had never been there before. She really liked her salad with an added chicken kabob. I had the gyro pita ands fries. Everything was served quickly and was hot and delicious. We were treated well by staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The only drawback was the music was rather loud which made it hard to talk to each other. We asked for the volume to be lowered and it was done right away.
