Made a stop in Juana Diaz to explore my roots. The Plaza is nice, and nicely decorated during the holidays. Very nice restaurant with an operator that is clearly a foodie. Good cocktails. The Old Fashioned is smoked. They specialize in exotic meats such as Elk and Buffalo. I got the strip steak. Value is there. Accompaniments are very good. Don't be afraid to try the Buffalo. Fantastic! The food is incredible but a little bit pricey. This small restaurant is great for dates and small gatherings. The decorations are lovely, the robot waiter is really cool, and the staff is really nice! I higly recommend the Wagyu beef and the coffee flan, they are delicious. Parking is difficult to find. They made us sit outside because there was no room left inside, which is understandable. But made us move all the tables and chairs ourselves. We waited 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order. An hour later our appetizers and beverages arrived. The food was so cold no one wanted to eat it. We waited for our entrees to be done for another 30 minutes and when they never came out we found out our waitress never entered our entree orders. Never coming back. The food was spectacular. The Wagyu melts in your mouth. The Buffalo NY Steak is tender and flavourful. The appetizers (duck sausage and Chorizo al vino) was an excellent. A very cozy, nice place to have lunch or a pleasant dinner. Their service is excellent, their attentions to their customers are outstanding. The food is cooked to your perfection. Good variety of meat choices to include Deer and Canadian Elk. They also have a great selection of pizza, beer and wine. The food was amazing and the service was fast. Really enjoyed the restaurant. The appetizers we had were delicious. The guava sauce and chimichurri were to die for. They have an outside place as well to enjoy. Inside you will enjoy the robot cat that brings your food. The mojitos they were experimenting were incredible. The staff is very polite and attentive.
