This place gives the right picture and the ambiance of new thoughts and one step to a betterment and introduction of different cuisines in a place like Birgunj. You can enjoy food, culture, warmth and mesmerising service by everyone. There is never a No to provide probably a new dish even a customer ask for. Choice of food is remarkable and taste is perfection like an original cuisine. It's classy yet pocket friendly. The owners of the MB has made an amazing achievement and courage to introduce such great food. Thank you to the wonderful couple for their hospitality and love . I am glad that someone cares about improving and asked for detailed feedback. We had gone there way back with high expectation despite knowing the price. Firstly, waiter mentioned about limited options of shakes and soft drinks. Had ordered soft drinks butter chicken and naan for family but was disappointed with it's taste. I met the cook, gave my feedback and asked if he was new. Instead of showing concern, he was adamant that the taste was good and he had been cooking like that since start. Lack of politeness can't run business. No problem with waiter or receptionist. Things can only be improved with supervising owner, dedicated manager and honest feedback. This place is best for the photos but the food here is disaster I don’t recommend this place for the food I had sizzler the noodles were undercooked similar with the momos it had a terrible smell of meat. I had the worst experience of food here plus it’s super expensive not worth the food at all . Food: 1

I rarely give 5 stars to restaurants, especially ones in Birganj (there are hardly any 4-starers here), but Magic Bells really did it for me. It's improved a hell lot since it opened a few years ago. I'd been there once or twice after its opening, and was thoroughly disappointed with just about everything, but today, everything seemed top-notch! The staff was good, helpful, and prompt. We got our order pretty soon and in the right order (starters first, main dishes next). The food was the real deal sealer. What food! From the crostini mushroom to the spaghetti and the roti and dal, everything delicious! I honestly think it deserves more footing and better reviews now.

A little expensive but suits the food for it's price but the service also matters as the quality of food does. In that aspect Magic Bells has failed as room was too hot, I told the waiter to switch on the A.C but he didn't and it took many time for the order to arrive.
