Oh my gosh! not only is the bowling great but they had bumpers that come up as individual child is playing so, the adults don’t have it but the children do right when they need it absolutely perfect for the toddlers they have another ramp that lets you go, but the best part of my whole experience was Megan, my server Megan was absolutely amazing. She cleaned the table. She got the drinks she got the food she was right on top of every single thing we ever needed, including when one of the boys, his shoes too large she went and got another size for them. Absolutely the best help I have ever had at any bowling center ever. Megan is top notch.

My 6 year old daughter had a birthday party today and it was the BEST experience! Megan went above and beyond - she was very accommodating, when I say accommodating she exceeded our expectations 1000 percent she was exceptional. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, I think his name was Jacob or Justin he was still training but also did a fabulous job- such a friendly young man with fantastic customer service skills. We will definitely be having more birthday parties here it was the best experience we’ve had at any event center before. I will be asking for Megan, again she is the friendliest, most hard working women we’ve EVER come across there before. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all the kids had the BEST TIME!!

Came for date night and to watch the football game. It was our first time here and Ana took great care of us. I’m gluten intolerant and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. It was a great time.

This place is a blast. I come here daily and play a lot of games and win so many tickets. The games aren’t 100% rigged. So you can have a fun time only issue won echo show from this one game but it came broken but they let us have 20,000 tickets for it which is a deal bowling is super fun here the lanes are oiled perfect. Schools have a fun time. Playing leagues Here And the staff is super helpful. Food and drinks are amazing they let us have a free game card for submitting a five star review and gave it to us.

They told us that if we give them a good review that they would give us an unlimited arcade card. After we gave the 5 star review they gave us cards with no money and is restricted from 95% of games. After we asked him to give us real cards he declined and didn’t talk to us. The pizza also tasted like mozzarella sticks. The Chicken tenders were pretty good though.

This was our first time coming in. Brianna Wolf was our server. She made our experience awesome. Very knowledgeable about the facility. Recommended some great items to try from the menu as well. We will be back and tell our friends to do so as well.

If you want to pay top dollar for menial food and drinks and receive rude “service” from the staff, then go here. The staff has no training whatsoever and does not know the meaning of customer service. In fact, I don’t think they know they are running a business because staff standing around chatting together and glaring at the customers.
My family and I were talked down to and treated poorly from the moment we walked in to bowl-until the moment we left.
Best to go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and you are treated with a smidge of decency.

Main Event is a great space for all ages. The service is AMAZING and all the servers keep a positive attitude. Meagan R was our server for the night and she not only checked in with our table multiple times throughout the night, but also made sure our whole table had a great night. Highly suggest coming here!

OMG! My family from Alabama came down and we went to Main Events in Thornton. We all had the best time ever! Shane was a pleased to work with. He made sure we understood everything before purchasing to make sure my family and I would have the best time possible. He also came to check on us while bowling and gave my Dad a friendly wave in passing while in the arcade. My experience was a 100/100 due to Shane. It was his friendly smile and willing to help attitude that made the visit worthwhile.

Nothing about this place was enjoyable. Lanes are poor quality and approach is shorter than normal. Not a huge deal since it's geared towards a place to bring kids. We had a female server that had a really bad attitude from the very begining and we never saw her. We later sat at the bar in the restaurant area and there was an older female server that was completely miserable and had a bad attitude as well. Zero interest in ever returning.
There was another small bar in the middle of the place and the two guys working that were fairly nice.
