Once the promenade around the The Hays House Museum is over, visit Main Street Tower. According to the visitors' comments, Italian dishes here are quite good and the menu is well-organized. Maybe it was just a busy night, but I would not go again. My party called ahead to check for a wait. The woman who answered the phone huffed and said she would check. We waited 5 minutes on the phone with no response and then the woman hung it up. We had to call back to get an answer. Our waitress was very nice, but would only bring us food or drinks if we specifically asked her as she passed. She didn’t ask a question to the whole table. She would take drinks from one person, we would say excuse me trying to place an order, and she would be in such a rush she would walk away without hearing us. One of our friends never got their food, even when we asked again for it and they charged him for it!! Everyone got their meals at different times (10/20 minutes apart). Two appetizers didn’t come until after we got some of the meals. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Was here for a large and busy memorial service. When one of the young lady servers offered to bring silverware to my seat I mentioned that I did not have one. She apologized, promptly pulled a table, four chairs, brought a tablecloth, and set the table. I was very impressed as were the people who joined me! We came for restaurant week. Emma was a great server. The portions were huge! The salad was great. The shrimp boar and seafood Alfredo only lacked a stronger parmesean taste but otherwise very good. The canolli was perfect. I will be back! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Waited a very long time for our meals. By the time we got them majority of the people that were there when we came in had left. Food was either burned for some of us, lacking flavor or seasoning, and shrimp was hard. Maybe it was a bad night. But the food was not worth the prices asked. I would also highly advise the manager to check dates on your inventory. There was an expired bottle of mustard on the table. It expired in 2022. Not a good thing to have as a first impression. We went there on Saturday, June 24th. I got the God father, and it was horrible. I did not finish the food. The shrimp was way overcooked, and the crab meat had an odd tease. My son got the fish and chip, and there was pink color on the bottom of the fish. They said it was off the wax paper it came on. I have never seen anything like that before. My wife got the skipjack chicken, and her shrimp was way overcooked as well. Did not finish. We sat at the downstairs bar cause there was a wedding going on, and the bartender was super nice. None of it was her fault. I was so mad I paid up before we ate cause the food was terrible. Sorry, I'm just being honest. I couldn't have chosen a better place to have a graduation party. Mr. Mario (the owner) and his ENTIRE staff were the sweetest people I have ever met! My guests who came said it was one of the nicest graduation parties they have ever been to. Aside from the amazing service and impeccable cleanliness, the food was OUTSTANDING! I couldn’t have picked a better venue. I recommend this location for eating, getting your food catered, using this a venue, and any other service that Main Street Tower offers. The prices are unbeatable and more importantly the service is A1!

Went there on the on Saturday September 2nd 2023. Got Steak ,potato and broccoli. Steak was NOT New York Strip,potato was leftover and microwaved. It was horrible. Broccoli was hot. Butter wouldn't even melt on the cold potato. For 24.00 it was worth 12.00 at best. Will never order a dinner here again. We were done eating and my husband never got his meal. UNEXCEPTABLE. We booked this location for my sisters 40th birthday. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE! Aaron said that they had speakers for the music. No one knew how to work it. No internet. No Bluetooth. It took an hour and a half after the party started to get the speaker to work. Aaron the manager never once came to make it right. He hid. He had promised multiple things that no one knew anything about and we had to seek out. Aiden the bartender and the crab dip were the only redeeming things about the night.
