The service was superb and friendly. This restaurant comes with a view to compliment the tasty food. I enjoyed the nachos (10 out of 10 from me and my wife), also a loved the Tuna Tostada (10 out of 10), and the fried Octopus got an 8 out of 10 from my wife due to its simplicity.
I would recommend this restaurant for sure! Go and enjoy!

It was very delicious food and a fantastic view. It was also very impressive to set up a fan on the table to chase away flies. The cost of alcohol here was also quite reasonable considering the hotel conditions.

This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Top notch service with exemplary food. One of the best beach front views in all of Cabo.

The service was outstanding. Nevertheless the food was disappointing, the tuna sashimi didn’t have any flavor, to plain; the jumbo shrimp and short rib where average nothing spectacular. The presentation of the plates is good but for the price, location and fame I was expecting much more.
We happened upon this little beach gem while walking the beach. So glad we stopped in. Very awesome restaurant. Going back for dinner tonight! Food, service, ambience, scenery, attention to detail: perfect!!

Low quality food, I ordered a flatbread which looked and tasted like one of those Lunchables meals for kids. The vegan ceviche was basically chopped veggies with lime, I've been to Lima, they out 0 effort in making it a ceviche. I had hopes of a fine dining lunch experience but it seems there is no quality control. I don't recommend.
We found Mako to be such a “hidden gem” on our trip. During the day, they service the pool for drinks, lunch and snacks. The daytime snacks were far above any other resort food we’ve had. I would recommend the shrimp quesadilla, ceviche, and my favorite - guacamole with chorizo, served with pork rinds and blue corn tortilla chips. We found the drinks here to be better at nighttime. They have a different cocktail menu for the mako restaurant than they do for the pool. We loved sitting by the fire pit for drinks and dessert! The service was fantastic - both Julio and Angel gave great recommendations. My husband was new to mezcal and every time we visited, Julio had thought up a new drink for him to try. We highly recommend visiting Mako outside of the pool hours - you won’t be disappointed!
