Stunning food. Have not been here in a while. Wow the chicken livers were amazing. The beef schnitzel was so soft. My wife had the brides pudding. We nearly got married again. About as authentic as you’ll get! Food was simple but delicious and service was really good. It’s amazing to see how involved the entire family was and how well the owners connected with patrons who’ve seemingly been coming there for years. Well priced and and good quality.

Great Portuguese restaurant. The food is tasty and affordable, not fancy but proper food. Area is a bit dodge but they do have car guards. The staff are friendly and great. They do sit down and take away.

You will not find nicer calamari and steak trinchado in Johannesburg. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is authentic Portuguese
