Ordered a Hawaiian chicken and a pepperoni magnifico for pick up and it was ready right when I got there! The staff is so friendly whenever I come in and the food is absolutely amazing. This place blows any of the other pizza places in the area out of the water!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I feel taken advantage of. Ordering online cost me $1 more per item over the menu price displayed at the store. Also if you choose a cheese to put on your pizza, understand this is in addition to the "base cheese" so counts as a additional topping. (Note this is not the case at competitor pizza stores. Choosing a specific cheese is choosing your "base cheese") I say all this to make sure others are informed that this Marco's location is not completly upfront. I don’t know what the deal is at this location, but it’s not like any Marco’s I’ve had before. Last time the pizza was swimming in grease and this order the cheesy bread was way off. Flat on one side and the dough was dense. Not enough cheese on the supreme and it’s covered in tons of peppers and mushrooms that were barely cooked. Food: 2

If you're a pizza lover, Marco's Pizza is a must-try! I recently had the pleasure of trying their pizza for the first time, and I have to say, I was blown away. We ordered the pizza pans and previously it was presented like a casserole. This time it seems like they took it literally and used the pans as the crust. So we essentially got half the ingredients for the same price. Update, owner got in touch with me and got things figured out. Should be a one time thing. Feeling the love again. Update 2 (google will not let me make a new review.) We decided to try them again and the quality has made a 180 degree turn. The pizza pans were as we have come to expect, which means I have left overs for lunch in the week. and as apology for the poor ones last time a desert of great tasting brownies were included, as well as a hand written note on the box. We will continue being great fans and thanks for making things right. Food: 5 Service: 5

If you like excess grease on pizza, than this is the place. The pizza was soggy and was not good. I had stop going here because of poor pizza but gave it another chance and reaffirmed my decision not to come back. When it first open it was great but now not so good. The young lad working at 12:30 pm. February 3rd, had provided excellent communication and customer service skills. He welcomed me with a contagious smile and answered all of my queries. Extremely awful customer service!!!! Do not recommend at all!!! To order your dinner for your family and get such attitude for trying to pick up your full order! Completely ridiculous!!!! I’ll drive further to go elsewhere where they actually are kind to their customers!!! You think picking up pizza would not be. stressful but it was actually the worst part. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
