Based on the reviewers' opinions, kos is perfectly cooked. Nothing can be better than eating good halo-halo. The hospitable staff welcomes people all year round. I was not able to take photos of the other dishes that we ordered. My family and I were looking for a place to eat before proceeding to our staycation in San Juan, Batangas, and we found Matteo's Lomi and Restaurant. The good thing about the day of our visit was, konti lang ang tao so we didn't have to wait that long. The staff is accommodating, and the place has free WIFI. Some dishes are good for the price and some are slightly expensive for its serving. Medyo disappointed lang kami sa pancit dahil matamis. Still, so far so good. Visited today and we were with a swarm of bikers eating in this food place. Serving time is kinda long, given that there are other customers, lot of customers actually. We ordered goto, longsilog and kalderetang kambing, all are good and super delicious. Nothing to comment on the food, they are all good. For the staff, they are so approachable and accommodating, aside from the food, their service is commendable, they will check up on you from time to time. There’s a feee wifi too!

I have yet to try other dishes, but so far, didn't disappoint. Pros -Good food, from the looks of the people who were eating the same time as ours, I can say, that the food is good 👍 - the cherry on top of that Halo-Halo is Everything 😍 - Parking is enough, for quite a lot of cars - Well thought out layout for a restaurant, CR and smoking area is far from dining👍 - There's someone to assist you when you park Cons/Points for Improvement: -We arrived 12pm / Lunch, its gonna be a SLOW SERVICE since the place is full and all seats are taken. Food takes roughly an HOUR to get served to your table after you have ordered. Good thing we weren't really super hungry 😅 - maybe it needs a few more fans, the table we took is too hot although there's Aluminum Heat rejection installed 👌 Is a plus

This was recommended to us by the resort owner we went to and it did not disappoint. Place is clean and the ambiance is breezy. Staffs are accommodating and polite. Recommending the Gotong Batangas and Halo-halo.

Awesome place to have a Bulalo, goto, Lomi and other Batangueno favorites. The owner is really accommodating from parking upto serving your food. Must try here in Rosario Batangas just beside the hiway👍

First try to dine in sa Mateo. I love the batangas lomi, super sarap, malaki ang serving (big kase pinili ko, takaw ko) This is good for long drive going home to Metro Manila after a day trip to Laiya Beach. The owner is very helpful during parking my car. And special thanks to little Matteo, who is very friendly and cute. Highly recommended, try ninyo guys.
