Ordered to go, arrived to pick up. I was sent to the bar then proceeded to wait while the bartender helped 4 people sitting at the bar. I said you need a better system for pick-up. He made a smug face and turned away. I'm physically handicapped with walking. I really didn't appreciate any of this. I left without accepting my food I prepaid for. If I could provide zero stars, I would. I don't care if the food is good, with service as lows as that, I'll eat elsewhere. I had heard some good things about this place so we wanted to try it out. Arrived around 515. Service was exceptionally slow being as there weren’t too many people in the restaurant, had to ask for refills on chips and drinks from a waiter who wasn’t ours. Ordered top shelf Patron margaritas that came like warm with no ice. Food was actually pretty good, portions were large, beans were obviously canned, rice was, too. Had a great time w/ friends. The waiter did a great job w/ our large group. My spicy margarita wasn't very spicy and had way more ice than liquid. The mole was delicious.
