I would like to say I am deeply hurt that I struggle to find this franchise outside the Gauteng province. This is our favourite restaurant. Me, my mom and my brother love the food from this restaurant. Anyway I happy that the food still tastes the same and the service was amazing. The passion fruit was thrist quenching as usual. The ribs were soft, juicy and succulent. Every time we come to this Maxis, we are amazed at how fresh and tasty their food is. Our waiter, Thandi, was the personification of friendliness itself, with fast and professional service. Horrible experience, we sat down to have lunch, my mom ordered from Sizzlers, sad down with us, we ordered from maxis, my mom is 70 years old, in her state she used some if their sause, a very rude waitress came out and said to us not to use their sause for sizzlers product, my mom did not do it intentionally, we were watched from the front desk to the kitchen staff, and when we asked for the manager, he was well not interested in our story of explanation, my mom used a spoon full, my sister insisted paying for the spoon full of sause our mom used, i personally felt very uncomfortable, and they will never see me or any of the people I know, they sucked, they deserve zero stars Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our family was so excited when we saw this Maxi's! You don't see them that often anymore. We had lunch there and it was excellent! 👌 I had the chicken mayo trammezzini and it was delicious! Great place indeed. The food is so delicious and the restaurant is clean and has sanitizers at the tables as well. The staff are friendly and the waiters make sure you always sorted. I'm happy. I enjoyed their chips and milk shakes. They are really tasty. The milk shake is not to sweet and the chips are nice a crispy well cooked.

Hi i am very disappointed, me and my husband, visit you at Mall at Carnaval on 28 January 2024, we ordered Maxi burgers, what a disappointment, the patties was disgusted, hard and could not cut with knife, it is not the usual patties we are used to, will never eat at my favourite resturant ever again, sorry you lost a customer.
