Based on my experience, would not recommend to Foreigners. I was going to eat here with my fiance, and we were both speaking in English as I'm from the USA, she is Ukrainian. As I walked by the waiter, he rolled his eyes at me, mind that I was also in military uniform and am only in town getting paperwork corrected. We sat down at the table and waited for a while, the waiter again rolled his eyes and walks away when my fiance called him over speaking Ukrainian. I was beyond furious at this point, and told her we should leave, as it seems very much like I was judged and discriminated right away as a foreigner who is serving in the military. I would be willing to give this place another chance, but the management would have to actually take the time to write back and apologize for the absolutely horrendous service. Really sweet (not). You walk into a restaurant and the waiter just stands there looking away and not responding to being called. And then simply walks away. Can't say a word about their kitchen. Not returning. Service: 1
