never had a problem with food taste, just the service. Always forgetting something in the order. Every Mcdonalds my family has gone to, always have the employee forgetting a part of your order. Looks like we have to begging them for request chilli sauce. Why does they didnt give any chilli sauce anymore? Like we paid the food right? I frequently request for chilli sauce (online order), but they delivered zero chilli sauce. I never understand the service here. Please keep the chilli sos to your own for 7 generations of yours. McDonald's has always been my favorite place. I always order Mix & Match because it's cheaper than Ala carte. I always avoid rush hour most of the time. If I want to order at some point, I'll go through the drive-thru, but most of the time I walk in and it's much quicker for me, I say. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 1–20

I dislike how the access or routing plan to McD is so poor. To go to drive through, you need to enter the same access to the parking lot. Hence, it always cause the traffic jams on the public main road. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The one and only McD in BTU. It gets busy during weekday lunch hour. Drive through service could improve on their efficiency. Fries always given half filled and stale. Friendly staffs. There’s ample of open parking space outside. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20
