Very poor staff services rude no respect for Cutomers always nonsense never helpful to eat here very much disappointed Plz consider and take action against it I stood 15 minutes to place order but nobody attended me there is only services for online order they are happy to serve them but customers like us who come to the branch to dine with the family were chased away with a rude attitude There ice cream machine suddenly stoped working and we were refuse to buy even ice cream felt so embarrassed in front of family Service Dine in

Worst service ever. 45min in the drive through. We could not get out because there were cars behind us. When we finally got to pay the lady said it lady said it’s the kitchen. What’s the point of fast food, if it’s not fast?

New store but cant even get my order right. Ask for a mcfeast and I get a McRoyale. I have paid for a mcfeast not a mcroyale also now i have to wast more time in returning this burger. My order was late, cold and incorrect. Not only was the sauce for the nuggets not there but I also received two arbitrary drinks instead of the milkshakes I ordered. Pathetic! No menu boards. Ice cream machine is broken. Staff had attitude, very slow service can barely be called fast food.
