Ordered 2x double cheeseburger combos and was given two regular cheeseburgers. I understand giving students a chance and all but this is the blind leading the blind with no service skills. We come here as a family every Saturday morning. The service is useless and we can wait up to 20mins before someone even notices us to be able to pay. Then the food eventually arrives and it is consistently wrong EVERY WEEK! The tables are dirty and the restaurant is not much better. I asked for a hamburger with ketchup and they gave me without, why didn't they have any, I bought nuggets and they didn't give me the sauce and they replied that they didn't have any either! When they gave me the drink they put ice when I specified that I wanted it without ice and they didn't give me sorbet either. The attention was very bad! The food is good but this is the 3rd time that they have gotten my order incorrect in a row. I’ve ordered 3 double Mc chicken burgers that only have one patty in them and a chicken Big Mac that came out as a normal one.
