McDonald's needs to stop this nefarious upselling habit from their cashiers. This "do you want large or extra large" business when there's medium or "double or triple cheese" when there's cheese already, will be reported as misleading information, potentially leading to overeating and obesity and offering to the customer more than what they need or is good for them.
