I ordered waiting 16 mins in Curbside pickup I called and the woman told me she had something sitting there but no lettuce, pickles, onions etc like I would want something that’s been sitting I wanted what I ORDERED. I went through the drive through to ask for my order that they took my money for and they told me they were closed! They refused to give me my money and a dude named Javeri cussed me out on the phone when I called to demand my money. I had to go home hungry for the night pregnant. I will find out who that store manager is because that McDonald’s needs to be closed down you don’t treat customers like that and expect to run a business.

Y’all’s night shift crew is sad and ghetto. I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a large fry. I even mobile ordered it and when I got there they seemed mad that I ordered. When I pulled up to the speaker I was asked “what can I get you” then when I said I had a mobile order he said “bro I was just breathing” then wouldn’t answer me anymore. I got called bro, gang and some other names I couldn’t understand. I would NEVER let my employees act or talk like that to customers. Do better. I stood there for 7 minutes while I waited for them to stop talking and take my order. AND they were talking poorly about another worker. Since when do I have to pay for sauces? I’ve never paid for ketchup, buffalo sauce or honey mustard here…or any McDonald’s. And my order was so wrong it’s not even funny…I wound up with SAUSAGE PATTIES on my cheeseburger. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. They need to be more careful about this. I try to avoid this location as much as possible because I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Good part: shockingly it was clean in the lobby. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
