Staff is terrible, I ordered take out and later I found out that they packed less than I ordered. They did not use number system monitor when finished order instead they shout it is ready. Terrible. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Crowdy and very slow food service. I do not understand why you have to wait 10 minutes to get coffee. Outdoor sitting not clean. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The order came quicker than expected - especially since the McDonalds was a bit crowded. There is a small indoor playground and a second floor to sit in. Overall a nice enough McDonald’s, but I would definitely ban smoking at the outside tables as they’re literally in front of the only entrance… Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Mc Donald's in Slovakia and Check republic is so much nicer than in the UK! Lovely ingredients, lots of choices. Well enjoyed veggie burger and double cheeseburger with coffee and fries...

ordering via touch screens is very easy, staff brings food quickly directly to the table where you put yor locator

I mean, you're regular McDonald's, so 5 stars for being McDonald's, but in terms of overall food quality, it is a fastfood, don't expect more.

Miserable organization of work, the implemented a new system that makes the place even more crowded than before. Mc drive is total rubbish, as it doesn't have the capacity nor a dedicated waiting lane and it blocks the whole parking lot. It's a shame this is the only drive-through in Zilina and they still didn't figure it out properly.

Really expensive comparing to McDonald's in UK. and the difference in salaries between UK and Slovakia is big so I don't understand why is it more expensive in Slovakia if we earn less?The other bad thing is that the Slovak McD menu is deprived of the greatest thing there is. The Quarter Pounder with cheese....
