Not worth it 👎
This place has nothing good going for it except the central location and it opens late. The standard at this restaurant is poor. The size is too small for the crowd capacity. The seating on the 2nd floor is closed even when the first floor is already crowded. The double cheese burger came lukewarm, they forgot the extra lettuce I paid for and the taste is simply unappetising. The restaurant is not clean. Service is slow and it looks like the restaurant is understaffed. The joy seemed to be sucked out from the employees. It's just unusual to see such glump faces at McDonald's. Least to say, dining at an unhappy place, eating unhappy food makes one unhappy afterwards.
horrible experience i ordered 2 McFlurry one daim the other Oreo the problem was, they gave me too much topping and almost no ice cream the ratios was 80% topping 20% ice cream. I’m a quiet person, and I hate confrontation, but this was ridiculous so I had to say something. I went up to the counter showed her the ice cream , and told her that I wanted a replacement or a refund and then she started arguing with me telling me that’s normal and that’s what I ordered. We argue for about maybe a minute and then I said keep the ice cream I’m not coming back. Horrible customer service. Why would you serve someone something you wouldn’t eat yourself?
I will give you a Feedback 5 but it is only because of this constructive message that I am sending to the owner, because here the owner is responsible for the conditions of a fast food chain. Employees are Like a owner : irresponsible, disinterested, too slow, not in friendly mood…and, then the cleanliness of the place is very questionable?? The service is very slow and not organized..And That’s owner problem, cuz he/she is Like everything What we see in that place! Place is mirror of the owner, shame that such a well-known chain has owners who are totally contrary to the rules of that chain.. money comes into company and that is the most important thing to run the bussines and new people will again come…
Every time i go to this McDonald's i get an experience of good service, with a realy good attitude from the person im buying the burgers and drinks from. So for me it is a greate time every time i go there. I feel so welcommed and i get a sence of beeing more than just another costemer that pays for the food i want. I feel a sence of beeing seen and heard if i get the chanse to talk a bit to them on the side, while ordering my food and drinks. The manager there is the nicest one. That's my experience.
slow service. always undermanned. 24 minutes from entering the restaurant to getting the order. this pattern is regular. if u see ppl in queue dont bother. it not tasty anyways. better off goin to chow or any other closeby burgershop
