The gracious staff meets you at this spot all year round. A number of reviewers say that the service is enjoyable. If you visit this fast food, have no doubt, you are to love the surrounding lovely atmosphere. But google users rated Mcdonald's and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Never thought I would say this in my life! It's been a long while since I've been to a mcdonald's with great service. Everyone was on task and the manager was visible and holding down the fort. The food came out quickly and was fresh! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unclean/very dirty. I placed a to go order on the kiosk. Food was decent. Not particularly fresh. During the 5 or 10 minutes I was waiting for my order, two cars blocked me into my parking spot. They drivers left their vehicles running and must have been inside. Extremely difficult to park in general. They have a 20 minute inside time limit. This place is very busy during the breakfast and lunch rushes as they don't have enough people working at the restaurant which makes long lines and long wait times. However the manager is very kind as she gives away free food when the person doesn't pick up the food and let's you know when there is a deal to let you save money. Also I would order out as they only clean the restaurant when it's not busy so order to go during the breakfast and lunch rush. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

No safety for its customers due to loitering by homeless ppl and gangs ,drugs, dirty bathrooms with feces, urine, and vomit, facility being used by people squatting loitering at the restaurant, very unsanitary, dangerous. The homeless using the soda machines with their dirty reused cups and containers which is unsanitary and a health hazard for your patrons. No law and order whatsoever. Worst McDonald’s to ever go to. The costumer service is absolutely horrible. They refuse to give you more than one pack of sauce for some reason and kicked someone out when they asked for more sauce… it’s actually insane how they can’t get anyone’s order right. Never going here ever again.

The place was filled with gangs who were constantly shouting. The other person from the gang actually had a knife that he pointed at someone. Seeing all this traumatized me. That place should be shut down it’s not safe at all 🥹🥹🥹. We didn’t enjoy the meal at all because every time we lifted our heads it seemed as if someone was watching us🥹. The place was also filthy. This McDonald’s location is dirty and treats paying customers disrespectfully. This store charges for sauces and is not corporate owned. You can tell by the way the store inefficiently operates. When I found they charged for sauces, I asked for my money back. The manager told me they couldn’t return my money because I didn’t have a receipt. I never got a receipt to begin with because the kiosk didn’t return a receipt. That’s not my problem. Second, my bag ripped and all the food and fries fell onto the counter. The manger tried to return the same fries that fell onto the counter in a different bag. I was disgusted. She gave me the same sandwhiches and nuggets as well. The fries were stale, McChickens were soggy, the nuggets tasted old, and the sodas were flat. I escalated the issue through a complaint on the McDonalds app. Kimberly, the store manger, reached out to me. She acknowledged what the manager did was wrong. She offered me to return the money on the fries only. I mentioned I wanted a full refund on the order to begin with, which the first manger refused because I didn’t have a receipt. She said she couldn’t do that because of the store owner. Overall the whole situation was a messy ordeal. As a paying customer, you would think they would show some type of urgency, but they don’t. Very dirty place! A lot of people, you won't be able to eat in peace... the food is absolutely not tasty, except for the potatoes.
