So here’s the typical “if I could give 0 stars I would.” About 11:30 pm 12/11/23. We pulled in with intentions to order an ice cream cone and some fries. When it was our turn in the drive through, we politely asked if their ice cream machine is working. After no response, the female worker got back on the microphone and rudely told us to order. We asked again if the ice cream machine was working. She replies rudely, “no. Bye.” We told her we still wanted to order something. “Then what do you want” she responds coldly. At this point I’m frustrated and confident they are going to top our food in spit so we just leave. So much for customer service. This McDonald’s could be better served by a clan of chimpanzees. Honestly, this worker was a perfect representation of a hemorrhoid with legs. We went down the street to Dave’s Hot Chicken where we got fresh food, milkshakes, and phenomenal customer service. Decent little McDonald’s. WAY better than the one on Green St. Less busy, WAY faster service, WAY nicer (looks like it was just redone). Also generous hours, great place to pull up after midnight. Ordered the following: - 20 pc McNuggets - McDouble w/ Cheese - Cheeseburger - McChicken Sandwich - Fries McChicken, McDouble, and Cheeseburger all had modifications which were correctly honored. Their employees are rude. And don't tell you your total at the drive. So when you question it at the window they shove the receipt at you and walk away. I wasn't even rude to her. I questioned the price of 2 sausage mcmuffins. I miss read the sign. Completely my fault. But you employee doesn't have to be so damn rude.

$3.69 plus tax for a McDouble? That's absolutely asinine. I can get a full meal made with real quality food across the street at Merry Ann's for $5. This franchisee is one of the greediest money grubbers I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It literally costs less for a McDouble on the toll road or in midtown Manhattan. I’m a regular customer of the McDonald’s in the Chambana area, and this is one is definitely the best. It’s clean and has lots of space to sit down, so it’s easy to have late night conversations here with friends and loved ones. They also got new fun chairs at some of the tables to sit in!
