It's another McDonald's that doesn't allow service dogs. And they hire people that don't speak English. And I gotta call it a racist cause. They didn't speak English in America. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru operating as efficiently as one can, yet still provided top quality McDonald's food. Staff English not so great, caused a few miscommunications, but still very friendly and polite. This place could screw up a wet dream. Ordered two McChickens only mayonnaise. Both had lettuce and even said special on the receipt. Sandwich was slopped together unwrapped in bag covering everything in lettuce and mayonnaise. Manager argued with me etc. Just refunded my money no apology no nothing. Well is it possible for McDonald's to get any worse ? The prices are outrageous, most places have you go to kiosk to order. The buns taste like cardboard and kind of stale. The fish sandwich is shrinking ! The fries have kind of a strange after taste ? I can remember when 30-40 years ago, I would gladly go and take my kids. Dirty toilet. Dirty area around the fountain drinks, you can see tiny insects flying around like something is rotten. Their kiosk receipts are not dispensed and management refused to give me receipt for my order placed at kiosk, all other McDonalds give receipt if kiosk doesnt dispense one but these people are “not my job” people. Usually when I come I have a decent experience. However, today I came through the drive through and had a very rude encounter. After I ordered at the speaker I pulled up to the first window and I told the worker I wanted to use a coupon code. He responded very annoyed and said that I was asked that at the speaker and that "everyone was asked that at the speaker." I was absolutely NOT asked that. Then after he said that, he just sat there and stared at me while I held my phone out with the coupon. I had to say "can you just put the code please?" I felt extremely guilty after this even though this wasn't my fault. Now I am questioning if I'm ever coming to this location again.As someone who also is working in the public, I know customers should not be treated so rudely and unprofessional. I was there between 10:30am and 10:40am.
