McDonald's is pretty near Altgeld Hall Tower. Good is the most suitable description for chicken nuggets at this fast food. Many reviewers mark that you can have tasty ice cream here. Visitors don't highly appreciate coffee at McDonald's. A lot of people suppose that employees are terrific at this place. A number of guests find that the service is decent. The employees are inattentive. If one of them happens to respond to one of your polite requests, then he will just mumble something half-intelligible and then walk away. One of the employees in the front today was dressed like a gangster who is about to rob a bank.

Horrible experience.the owner is a jerk.service is horrible.food sucks.managers and employees are very rude.the owner kicked my two friends and I outthinking we were homeless.wich none of us are and have been paying customers for years.i guess I'll have to go to burger king for my coffee and meals. So I'm editing my review. Service quality is at most okay, you're not gonna walk away happy. Have seen better McDonald's, try the one at Neil Street. Place is inundated by students and staff don't even try to improve on their service since it's a constant traffic. I mean where else can you get cheap food packed as fast food, perfect for college students.

Asked for 2 cups so I could get ice in the cup and told the manager or gm in charge that I’d pay for it. He told me it was against company policy to give out large cups of ice. Proceeded to hand me a small cup and was told I could take it or leave it. He said he was the gm, but with that kind of customer service there’s no way he is.

The best McDonald’s I’ve ever had. They had zero reason to give me, a mobile order, a most amazing quarter pounder with cheese but they did. I simply had to write a review it was that good. Originally when I posted the review I had a double filet o fish and a McDouble and they were both really good. I haven't had that good a McDonald's burger in a while. The service was fast and the seating facilities are great. Since then I have visited it many times and the quality has almost always been very good.
