This fast food is proud of good cheeseburgers and nicely cooked pork. Clients don't like biscuits and coffee at McDonald's. A number of guests suppose that the staff is creative here. Many visitors find that the service is fast. The cozy atmosphere will be a good addition to nice dishes and good location of this place. But most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

They never get the order right, it always takes forever, and my food is always cold. If I’ve got to wait, I don’t understand why my food is always cold. After further review, my burgers did not have extra ketchup or extra pickles like I ordered they were also missing the onion standard on them. I had my first ever Big Mac and it’s pretty good. Even had some nuggets with it that are always good. Of course the fries are always cold when I get them but it’s fine cause I was going home so I just heated them up for 15 secs. The service was nice as usual, it didn’t take long to get my food so I really appreciate it overall. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5

My debit card was not working so I scooped all my change, was starving because debit card didn't work all day. I went in with some change to get only food I'd had all day at 6:31 pm. Mcdonalds employee with long hair and Grey shirt paid for my food out of his own wallet and took the little change I had and gave me a meal double cheese burger and small fry. This gentleman should be assigned with the greats of history. Good people still exist. Thank you sir. Who ever you are. I was so hungry I didn't catch the name. Just had to eat. Thank you again sir. I've finally resolved to never order from this McDs again. I live very close, so I always think, "OK, I'll give it a try one more time" and each time I regret it. I use the deals in the mobile app and have usually paid by the time I arrive. Today I waited a good 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to even speak to me and take my code. Then once we got to the window another five minutes wait. Today was a good day, but I've sat 20+ minutes before for "fast food". I know it's McDonald's, so the bar is pretty low, but the food is usually not hot, today the ice cream was half melting out of the cones and the fries were stale/burnt considering we waited so long for them. I have been let down time and time again, I am mostly annoyed by how long I always have to wait. If you go here, plan for 15 minutes minimum, and that's on a good day, will probably be closer to 20-25, even for simple orders, like ONE coffee. Just pay an extra few buc and go to Chick fil a down the road or to McDs at Elm Springs. I know the employees are likely underpaid and understaffed, and I've never encountered anyone unfriendly, but dang. This McDonald's just ain't it. Probably the worst McDonald’s in NWA. In the last week alone I’ve waited in the drive thru 25+ minutes to get a burger and drink. Currently sitting in the drive thru as I type this. So I am sitting in this McDonald's for breakfast. The entire staff is shouting back and forth to each other. A bunch of nonsense. Wondering aloud (VERY LOUD) when so and so gets married, who will wear the dress? Nearly totally ignored us. They spoke only 2 word when we went to pay and when they brought out the food. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for them to be rude when taking my order. I had a code and had to give it to 3 different people just to get my order started. Then they proceeded to give me the incorrect drinks and after I drove off I learned they didn’t even have my order correct. 10/10 do not recommend this. If you hate working customer service that bad, get a different job because making someone else’s day have a bad moment just because you seem to hate life is wrong. Waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and small fries. Lady at the window whose shirt said "Manager" was on her phone the whole time. Someone handed her my bag and asked if I was the one who ordered the mcdouble and small fries; the lady looked at her and said "I don't know" and handed me the bag without even verifying. I guess I was an inconvenience to her. My fries were good but my mcdouble was a mess. There was so much ketchup on the tiny little burger. WHY? Long wait to order at counter. Eyelash employee and manager were sitting on sidewalk outside. Came in but walked right by with no offer to help or get help. As mentioned before, no smiles, no welcome, no thank you. I hate the new model for McDonald's. They want me to order for myself, but i can't get refills for myself.
