Service is lacking at this location. This is the second Troy location that is an issue. Ordered food and took 15minutes to receive. Waited patiently and did not complain as I was not in a hurry. Yet the staff was swearing and complaining about being short staffed. I had kids with me. Not professional in the least. Corporate needs to wrangle in their stores. Food was typical for a McD's but still not a food level to wait 15mins or longer for. Wish they would do another run of the McRib though!
