Careful when pulling in from Elm, there is a dip! Otherwise, it's a better than average location! Food is always good temp, rarely ever out of stock when I visit for lunch. We ordered the 20 nugget with 2 fries deal. We got 20 nuggets and 1 fry. We went back in to get another fry. The ast manager was so rude. Yelling and cussing at us in Spanish. She accused us of eating one of the fries in the car. Refused to give us a replacement until her manager got involved. This was completely stupid. 2nd time this has happened at this place with incorrect orders asked for no pickles extra onions multiple times before the person taking the order understood but I guess they thought it would be funny to have no pickles no onions and no sauce….are you joking? It’s McDonald’s so if you like them yeah they got good food but people wonder why every one checks there stuff in the drive through its because they can’t get orders right. I have eaten here for many years and the food is always great never had too many issues and they were able to fix them easily with no hassle. They are one of the busiest McDonald's in BA but they always keep it together and make great breakfast. Keep up the good work team! The staff has been working hard to keep a great place going.
