The homeless people standing next to and in front of my vehicle at night is not acceptable. 2nd window. They seem to be there only on late shifts and its usually when the bigger darker man with dreads is working. He kept my reciept, prolly so he could give it to homeless guy even tho i asked for my reciept. Four times now ive experienced this here, in a months time. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Eh, what do you expect from a Mcdonalds? the younger girl taking the order was good but the one who handed me my food didn't give me even half of it. I said thank you to the middle aged miserable woman who gave me my food who did a grunt in response, I went to put my wallet away and check my food and she actually screamed at me to move....there was no one behind me. I wasn't going to go start a fight over it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nothing like getting home and finding the burgers missing from your order. Like it’s that hard to remember to add the burger in a burger meal. Maybe if you paid your staff more they would put more effort into the job, you certainly charge enough for it. If you order a hot drink...no matter how busy or not busy they are...they always make you pull over to a parking spot. Fast food my @$$. The only good thing i have to say right now is about the man in the mornings, which i originally wrote this "I dont know who the guy in the blue shirt is every morning who gives me my coffee at the second window, but this guy deserves a raise. They make great shakes here. The strawberry and chocolate don't look and taste like vanilla like alot of other nearby locations. The iced Carmel Macchiato is better than Starbucks and Dunkin by a lot. I can't believe I would ever say that but it is true and I will say it again. My wife and I ordered breakfast from this location. My wife ordered a decaf coffee but was given a caffeinated coffee. She has a medical diagnoses that strictly states she cannot consume caffeine. Because of someone’s lack of attention to detail, my wife is suffering today. Thanks a lot. Corporate will be hearing about this.
