It's McDonald's. It's super bad for you, but yet we eat it anyway. Usually quick service. This location keeps it friendly. I have not had many issues with this location. One of the night managers could be a bit more helpful, she's an older woman but I don't know her name. Other than that. That's all I got. This was after waiting 10 mins while watching the manager “wrap fake gifts” when I stated I wanted to cancel the food because the wait , I still I Got charged for a meal I didn’t get take the in the woman in photo stated she was the manager that’s the food they tried to give me after I stated I no longer wanted this is poor excuse for customer service Service: 1

The lady that hands the food to you is rude. Says nothing. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but she's consistent. I'll drive out of my way to another location than deal with that nonsense. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I literally found a hair in my food I chewed it, the girl picked it up and left without any apology or anything and then I picked up my things and left. Always very long wait on drive thru very bad service. The young lady in window two don’t like working there. I have told manager service in drive thru is not ok, made me wait almost 30 mins on lane 2 with no sign or anything Bad drive thru service, you wait up to 40 mins in lane 2 while lane 1 keeps going

Imtthe fourth vehicle in a row who has had to "pull up" to a different spot to wait. This occurs frequently. They don't seem to realize that if they stopped taking orders for 2 minutes, they could catch up and reduce the number of waiting customers to a fraction of the number it is now. Worst McDonald’s in Houston, they discriminate against handicapped people and I’ve talk to the employees about it many times with absolutely no resolution. If you park in the handicap parking you then have to wait in the drive-through to be able to leave Because they have signage that blocks you in to keep you from being able to leave. As you can see you have to go to the drive-through line even after you park to get your food from inside. Handicap discrimination
