Decided to stop through McDonald’s because I was just having a childhood craving. Terrible waste of time and money and I am reminded why we don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore!!! The double cheeseburger is tiny, cold, and the burger doesn’t even fit the bun. The drive thru line was almost 25 minutes before I got my food and I don’t understand how all of my food is cold and I have soggy french fries. If you’re this busy and turning out food this fast, it should come out hot. Not like the restaurant will care, but this is tastes disgusting, and not worth the money at all! Yall PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Because this one is 24/7, I pulled in at 11pm and when I ordered my food and said that I would like it fresh, the employee’s response was “You’re lucky we’re open there’s three of us here”. Immediately canceled my order and drove off. If you want to be met with a horrible attitude, then this is for you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time we go here they pull you in to a spot because they are not efficient on making food here. Fries cold and so is food. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on a happy meal after going in 2 times to let staff know I was still waiting on food. Staff laughed when I said I was going to call in a complaint. Every dang time..from burnt buns ..hard old fries. hard meat(is it meat?)..I wanted one thing ..a Caramel Frappé that's it ..after 5 min of waiting, They brought me cold coffee with two ice cubes more whipped cream than coffee with a drizzle of fudge. 🤔 you know dang well this is not a Caramel Frappé. Or .maybe they don't know the difference between Fudge or Caramel. Maybe the machine was broken... MCDONALD'S ..A bag full of surprises.. These employees hardly even greet you when you walk in much less be quick about trying to take your order! I mean dang I understand there’s kiosks but at least ACKNOWLEDGE customers when they walk. And is a smile too much? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Stop here while traveling. My food was cold and the manager was rude. We waited about 15 min in drive thru. Other guests was waiting and forgotten about. I was charged for items I did not order. I asked for the manager# and was told they could not give out the#. I have never been to a McDonalds as horrible as this one. Please do not stop here! Wish I could rate it 0 stars! There is no consistency in peoples training here. I come almost everyday to get coffee with cream and sugar. It is rare that my coffee is made correctly. Sometimes they don’t put cream in the coffee, sometimes they don’t put sugar, sometimes there’s nothing in there at all or not enough. Sometimes they give me packets of sugar and creamer which is NOT how they are supposed to make the coffee. You guys have machines that dispense sugar and creamer, yet y’all employees make me open all of those creamers and sugars just to put them in my coffee that WAS ORDERED TO HAVE IT IN IT! Sometimes the coffee is cold. A lot of these employees need an attitude check as well, I have been disrespected by the employees here so many times. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The best part of the drive threw experience was nothing 1 My food was cold couldn't even taste any salad dressing on my big Mac. The fries were cold. I ordered a large that gave me a small drink with a small order to large. I wasted my money on a kid's meal. I couldn't went to wendy's and got a biggie bag for five bucks. We went there for lunch and to stretch out after long driving so our toddler boys can play while we can eat peacefully. The boys is have fun with the playground as well as the food they ate.
