Ordered curbside and waited almost 40 minutes. I left because I was going to be late for work. Tried to get a refund through the app it just redirected me to call the store, and the store doesn't pick up the phone. If you go here, only use drive thru and don't use the curbside. I ordered coffee from here on the app and I specifically selected the hot version and literally on 3 consecutive occasions they gave me an iced coffee. Also this all happened in the middle of December. Plus you have to wait like 20 to 30 minutes just for a drink and then they get the order wrong, do not go here.

Nothing out of the ordinary McDonald's. Food is on par with every other fast food joint. Is open decently late, midnight I believe. (Side rant, anyone else wish places were 24/hrs still? Not all but the typical ones. Eh?) Nothing bad but nothing to write home about. Seems clean enough, staff is pretty good. My only gripe i guess is if I ever make a late night stop they never have any desserts left, as if no one is going there late for pies. 4/5 would recommend for shameful late night binge. I was completely rushed when I was trying to order, and then when i got my food everything tasted off. The fries were cold and didn't taste good, the burger buns weren't even on good, and after eating it, I got junk in my throat, and I felt like throwing up. Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The management did give us a $50 gift card. The food quality is average but the staff are busy and don't care much about the customers. The most important thing about this branch is that they have a large play area for kids inside the restaurant, which is very good for families with kids. My big mac was over cook, my mocha frappe took about 20 minutes to be ready, my friends latte, and they decided to refund the money because it was going to take 14 minutes to be ready. The worst part was to find out that the playground has been closed for 2 months. we brought 5 kids to play there, so that was a disaster with playground closed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I know this is a McDonald's and I don't usually rate fast food. These people that work here are working their butts off. You can tell they're not properly staffed, and it shows. These guys have horrible lines that form every morning and evening during rushes and it's VERY slow moving often. Getting these people better set up is needed badly.
