The employees here are amazing my daughter and I came here for late lunch and the food was so fresh it was wonderful the employees are amazing and very kind they helped everyone and gave me patience as it took me a little bit to walk with a cane but I wish I had all there names to put in this review as they all deserve 5 stars. We came in around 430pm or 5 pm and I say that because I wanted to make sure these employees get the recognition from the owner of how courteous they all were even verifying orders that had to be delivered to cars. The worst customer service ever .I like going here because is on my way home and everyday after work after all the traffic this is the faster way to stop by and get some snacks. But there's always a problem with the CASHIERS and MANAGER'S in charge. I Can't understand why they have an app.that doesn't work in their end ..And does not understand how it works ,they say hold on ,then ok I don't have that number ok ,hold on then ok can you reload the number again ok .wait ..ok what was your order ??? Like wth?? And then you get to the window and I said did you get my order .yes just drive to the 2nd window ok . I get to the window and got my order and I'm like where's my Large fries and she walks away and ignores me,and then she said there's no fries. You only ordered ice cream cone!! So I'm like ok first your cashier Said she got my order and just drive forward and then cashier called A SO CALLED Manager and the Manager said You didn't order YOUR ORDER didn't go through and His like can you go around again and order ??? I'm like WHY ? And why would I do that??? First of all : ) pls communicate with your team and train them pls ..NOT ENOUGH TRAINING..and it's so disrespectful when you're ordering and YOUR not done yet and cashier is like cutting you off .. anything else, anything else ,anything else ITS SO RUDE AND THEN YOU GET TO the WINDOW AND NO SMILES ,NO REPEATING ORDER , HERE AND YOU ASK FOR SAUCES AND THEIR LIKE HERE ANYTHING ELSE???issues n ATTITUDES .pls, you need to work on them.. For how busy this location always is the service was sub par and off putting. The gentleman in front of me had to wait for change for $20. The cashier walked away at least 4 different times not saying anything but it's coming. The process was ridiculous. I ordered through the kiosk a cheeseburger, fries and sweet tea, I waited more than 30 minutes. The drive thru was not as busy as usual and aside from the gentleman in front of me no other orders or people until a door dasher came in for a pick up. Then just before I left 2 others came in and ordered from kiosk. Nobody else had gotten their food waiting waiting waiting then to my surprise my order was ready. The cheeseburger bun was hard. I went today on Christmas Day ! To get myself food and what did I get? A hamburger with no bottom bun. A mcchicken with no mayo. A daily double with no meat. Why would someone do this to another person on Christmas Day? I didn’t get my money back or an I’m a sorry my crew is so miserable that they want everyone else to feel the same way. Maaan, I just wanted to say I tried it!...My wonderful, hard working, amazing husband said, don't worry about making breakfast this morning and instead I'll grab us breakfast at McDonald's, en route to our early morning errands...6:30 am to be exact! 😅 I came in with cara de fuchi thinking it was gonna be all stale or hard or like cardboard! 🤔.... BOY did McDonald's do their thing and proved me wrong!!!! 😋Shockingly, not only was this made the way I would've made it with mayonnaise BUT the softest bagel I've had! Almost (is the key word) reminded me of an Einstein bagel...iykyk! The food was hot and delicious and the fries were nice and salty. However, we sat at the 2nd window for a very long time and the girl didn't even acknowledge us. We needed to ask a question and she kept her back turned the whole time laughing and talking with another worker. Then when we got our food her demeanor was as if she wanted us to rush off. I'm from Colorado and usually expect there to be a long line and expect to wait in one for a while, But this one in Washington proved to me that not all mcdonald's are like the ones in Colorado!! The service was amazing, fast, and I had forgot to add some fries to my order and the person doing my order told me it was no issue with a SMILE something that doesn't happen in Colorado often!! At 4PM Ordered a happy meal for my kid and they put half of a mcgriddle bun in the box instead of the 6 piece nuggets!!! If i could give 0 stars, I would. Meal type Dinner

Ever since the new mcdonald's went up they lack in everything. Their customer service is rude. Ninety five percent of the time you go through the drive through your foot is going to be wrong. If you order doordash, you're only gonna get half the fries that you order, so if you order a large, you're probably going to get a medium. They're very nasty about their sauces.
