This is the best McDonald’s in town. I am glad they still offer the ability to get your own drink refills. The McDonald’s the got rid of that has lost my business. This location has good service too. You know what everybody always thinks to McDonald's and wants to put a bad review but I've never went into a McDonald's and had a bad experience for the amount of people that come through and the amount of stuff the employees have to take. You guys doing. Awesome job! So he deserve a five star. The food is always good and it fits. Not like the fries are cold or something. You guys get right on it. So good job. Fries were absolutely atrocious. They were floppier than my dogs ears.... And they're pretty floppy.... 11/10 would not recommend if you want fresh fries.... The place was pretty gross considering it just had a remodel done not long ago. My burger was raw in the center, there was feces all over the bathroom as well as t.p., over all it was pretty pilau. Only went there so keiki could play and eat. The woman trying to keep up with the cleaning was super nice. The staff were friendly. But overall was junk. For a while now this place has been solid and it is solid still to this day. I have been quite impressed with all of the McDonalds in Idaho Falls and Ammon area so far. They all work really hard to keep the community feed and they do it well, I’m grateful for all their hard work! I could not go through the drive through because I was hauling a trailer so I went inside instead. I used the app to order but it took over 15 minutes to get my food and the order person and the manager were not helpful. Yes it was busy but I would have had quicker service in the drive through. I was disappointed because I like McDonald’s!!

Me and my son went to the play place and they still have the AC on. I did ask for someone to turn it down and I was told that they couldn’t it is 30° outside. There’s no reason the air should be on we were all freezing. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service I went through the drive thru and my whole experience was bad and as I’m driving out I see they didn’t put my sauce and didn’t give me a straw either , but I was to late to even stop and go in and get my stuff .
