As both a customer and a doordasher, i encounter 7 times out of 10 slow service. And not the kind where it's so busy they can't keep up. It's slow service for the sake of being slow. Im not sure whether its because they never have anything prepped in advance or if its complete disorganization and incompetence of their expediting area. The cherry on top of this is when i saw 7+ employees at 2:45am just standing around pretending to be somewhat productive as i sat and watched them make a basic 3 item doordash order for over 20 minutes. There were maybe 1 or 2 customers in the drive thru at the time. As a dasher, time is money. Wasting my time is wasting more opportunities for me to make money. McDonald's used to be convenient but no more. I literally used the app trying to avoid the ten minute wait that had become far too regular. It didn't work ten minutes pulled so they could keep their window time low. What happened to fast food? Wendy's at least has it together they will get my buisness at least from now on. I got 2 mchicken a large fry and 2 sides of mcsauce the mchicken had way to much mayo on it it was drowning it it and the mcsauce was in a 6 piece chicken nugget box with a lid on top of it and the fry was half full. I called to talk about it the manager wouldn’t give me his name and was very rude i would not come here again take your money somewhere else. Extremely hit or miss with in terms of service and food quality. Most days, it's typical speedy McDonald's drive through service with the food their known for. Can't complain there. But I've seen many upon many "off" days, where the service, wait times, and food quality are so astronomically bad its almost worth asking for a refund on my $10 order... On another note, if you choose to visit any time after 10pm (this is a 24hr location), good luck. Staff during these hours are usually not the friendliest, and getting your food takes 10x longer... **P.S.S. I completely understand food is probably made to order at night and takes longer, and I sure as heck would be grumpy working past 10pm, but this is some next level below standard stuff. We come to this McDonald’s all the time and typically we don’t have a problem. But today is different! First they don’t give us our full order so my husband had to go back and get them. Once I get the rest of the food out I open my Big Mac and it looks like someone took a bite out of the bun 🤬 absolutely unacceptable! I don’t care if it’s busy and the dinner rush pay attention and don’t give out food that looks like some took a bite….

Granted it was midnight when I visited, but nuggets were old, and my big Mac was made wrong which I couldn't eat because I'm allergic to the cheese. Couldn't go back because I was traveling out of town when I noticed how terrible the food was. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

HORRIBLE THIS MORNING I WAS TAKING MY 16 YR OLD TO SCHOOL HE WAS DRIVING AND DECIDED HE WANTED MCDONALD'S BEFORE GETTING TO SCHOOL WE GOT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER THERE WAS NO OTHER CAR AT ALL MY SON STARTED TO OTDER AFTER THE MCDONALD'S worker ASK ABOUT REWARDS POINTS. MY SON STARTER TO ORDER 2 NUMBER 2 MEDIUM ORANGE JUICE AND THEN silence A FEW MINUTES WENT BY MY SON LOOKED AT ME CONFUSED AND I SAID "GIVE THEM TIME" THEN WE NOTICED A CAR WENT BY ON THE OTHER DRIVE THRU AND THEN FINALLY A VOICE SAID "ready when you are" AFTER MY SON REPEATED THE ORDER 3 OR 4 TIMES the macdonals worker STILL HAD TROUBLE HEARING MY BOY THEN I FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT SPOKE UP AND SAID THE ORDER AGAIN WICH I GUESS he HAD NO TROUBLE LISTENING BECAUSE he ASK US TO LEAVE AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO TAKE MY ORDER SO MY SON GOT EVEN MORE CONFUSED AND I OF COURSE GOT REALLY UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION WITH THIS worker HAVING TROUBLE HEARING MY BOY BUT HE WAS ABLE TO HEAR ME I WALKED IN THE BIULDING THE PERSON AT THE FRONT COUNTER TOOK MY ORDER HE WAS ALRIGHT BUT THIS PLACE REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT'S ALL ABOUT this macdonals worker taking orders was very disrespectful by yelling out loud with half of his body out the window calling me "bye karen" when I was getting in my car he didn't care other customers saw him doing this childish act.... THEY SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY his BEHAVIOR. ugh! I work in fast food and I know he disrespected me and my boy with his unpleasant behavior this was a very disappointing experience! This is the worst McDonald's ever. Service was terrible. Food was salty and cold. I asked for no pickles I got extra. I asked for ketchup and hot mustard and when ingot to the window the server yelled and said 1 sauce only. I said i ordered a couple at the time I placed the order. She closed the window came back and said here. We got on the freeway and she did nothing. This location is a disgrace.
