Super friendly and clean location adjoining the truck stop. Not a huge fan of ordering through the touch screen, but there is a human cashier with a smile who is faster, so I utilized their expertise and ordered at the counter. Food was hot, fresh, served fast and everything tasted perfect. My customized qtr pounder was done as ordered, staff was extremely polite and made sure my experience was pleasant and personal. Kudos! Went there Monday 3:49 placed order on app. Waited 20 minutes and I watch the employee steal my food and gave it to her boyfriend. I told her its my food showed my phone she rolled her eyes at me. She made her own food and left. I waited another 20 minutes nobody made my food. I requested a refund and they told me they can't refund bc it was placed through the app. I waited another 20 minutes while the manager was on the phone. She walked over to me and said i would receive the money in a day or two. A week later, i find out there is no refund. I've dealt with three different managers telling me to contact customer service through the app. Customer service tells me to contact the manager at the store the order was placed. Ordered off the app, walked into pick up the order. 15 minutes to get my order. I had to ask for my drink. Hispanic lady kept telling the white guy to get my drink. The white guy ask what I wanted, I advised him unsweetened lemonade tea. He brought me sweet lemonade tea. I watched them after 2 minutes deleting orders off the screen, that's why they can't get orders right. Yet they have fast serve times. Yet it still took them 15 minutes. For every 3 or 4 orders that went through the drive through, 1 would be handed out inside the dining room. B4 u ask yes I am white. Placed an order on the mobile app and never received it. I was told it was never received even though I had the confirmation email and was told nothing could be done. Left without an order, yet my card was charged. Tried calling and no one picks up. Will be contacting corporate. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Surly employees refused to honor the GIANT advertisement on the window and told us they no longer have the basket of fries for $2. Boooo! The Manager looked confused and as opposed to negotiating with her, we left. When a restaurant is telling you they are trash, believe them.

Employees need to be more attentive and see customers as a valued asset and not see them like they don't matter, MC Donald's need to update there food seems like burgers and getting smaller and price value for meal are getting bigger. Had to wait 5 minutes for the lady to answer the headset, then she proceeded to be rude when she did finally answer after coming back in from sitting in her truck and then after saying my order 3 times, in a snobbish voice said "I can't hear you, can you come to the window". Then we pulled to the window, repeated the order and she still wasn't paying attention to what was being said/being said cause she has 2 headsets on muffling everything I was saying and now I've been waiting 10 more minutes for my food!!! Not sure what's up with her or what she is on but management's got to do something about her poor work ethic, bad attitude, and lack of proper work attire. WATCHED 4 orders come in after mine. Those had the basket of fries I had a large fries. Was told 3 times waiting on fries yet every time they didn't have enough for mine. My order was 179. Fast service. Lady was very kind. Its a truck stop with McDonalds attached. Food was fresh the coffee was great. Truck drivers idiots as usual. Plenty of truck parking but they wanna park in front of entrance.
