This is my stop any time I need coffee, I have 2 that are closer to me and I still go here if I have time. Very welcoming for so early in the morning and quick service. They can have 10 cars and still get you in and out faster then any other McDonald's with just 1 car ahead of you. Amazing team. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed a mobile order for a hot chocolate and a iced latte, the lobby was not busy as I saw only three tables with customers, one person placed an order at the counter. After taking his order the crew member did nothing but walk behind who I assume was the manager with her finger nail in her mouth. Other than that there was one gentleman picking up a door dash order. It took far to long. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The best McDonald's in Kenosha in customer service and friendly employees. I worked across the street and would often stop in at night and they were still super friendly, especially the manger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nobody at the counter to take my order so I had to do their job and do the kiosk which takes forever when you don't know what you're doing... took a long time to get my order.... They weren't busy either. Then I should have checked my bag cuz when I got home my order was wrong so hence the two stars! The kid at the counter was nice though. Tuesday January 2nd 4:00pm Whoever is working in the kitchen right now is making the McDoubles with only meat and ketchup. Missing pickles, cheese, onions and mustard. Horrible service. Giving this a 5 star rating in comparison to other McDonald's around town. Our family order is usually quite large and this McDonald's always makes sure to get it right. Person who took my order in the drive thru was rude. I asked for mild sauce for my breakfast burrito & they didn't give me any sauce. Last time they put hot sauce instead & when I asked for mild sauce, the blue shirt manager lady was rude about it. This is probably the worst McD's in town when it comes time friendliness & customer service. Otherwise, the food is usually decent if they don't forget something or mess up your order! Order drive thru, because app wasn't working. Ordered kids meal asked specifically for the apples with it. Instead charged for adult meal, no apples and manager wouldn't even admit a mistake was made or give apples or kiddos toy. And adult fries was not even half filled. With a 2 lane drive thru, they never have the second one open , leading to long lines. I know that they are just trying to control the flow, but they are losing money.
