I ordered a Big Mac with NO pickles and EXTRA Mac sauce thru the app for curbside pickup. When I got to my destination I discovered that they put pickles on my burger and literally no Mac sauce (which I paid extra for) I was going to attempt to just take the pickles off and eat the burger but it was dry. I called to let the manager know and was told I would have to request a refund thru the app. I searched for a customer service number online and was then given another number to call. The final person I spoke with advised me that the store should not have refused to refund me. All she was able to do was submit a request to upper management of that store to process my refund. So basically I was given the run around. This place sell expired chocolate milk for a kids meal. I ordered the meal on Sept. 1, the cap of the milk bottle had expiration date Aug. 25, and looks AUG has been purposely wiped off. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

To the manager that’s on the night shift tonight, you didn’t have to be so unprofessionally rude. You’re right it wasn’t your problem it was mine for taking the assumption that you would want to render product THAT WAS PAID FOR. I was simply trying to get my slushy and food after YALL didn’t give me. I went all the way home, came back and still left back home empty handed because what? You were having a rough night? Any ways, My apologies. I’ll be there first thing in the am, maybe, hopefully I can get someone more courteous.

My food was fresh and order was taken professionally in drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru attendant doesn't look at you when handing you your food and his cap is so low you can't see his eyes. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered and ate a meal for lunch while at work. About 30mins or so after eating, I started feeling really sick to my stomach. I ended up throwing up literal drops of grease/oil from the fries. If you've taken basic science classes, you can tell it was actually oil and not other food or liquid. I've never had that happen to me before and I've got a pretty sensitive stomach. So a friend went for a soda with light ice instead he got a small cup with ice? Inside a large cup! (see pic below). I have no idea what they were trying to do! I'm pretty sure this is NOT allowed according to food inspection, God knows where that cup came from or what was in it before, maybe someone used it and placed it inside the large cup? I don't know... Oh once I'm finished with this review I'll let everyone know in social media and I'm calling your health inspector I would call the manager but they have a reputation of never answering phone calls. This is unforgivable!!! UPDATE I see how they are trying to bury my picture with their generated pics from the McDonald's website.
