0 stars I waited 35 minutes for a hot n ready. Not acceptable never return to that location. Customer service was poor and they don’t need my money. Need help there. The pizza was hot and fresh but was not cut. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

This staff are idiots!!! I called asking a simple question, and the guy could not get what I was asking. I explained myself 3xs before he went to his manager. Then he gets back on the phone just for me to repeat it again cause he didn’t understand the first 3 times.! I asked if I could speak to the manager directly and he refused for me to!! Thsi place has gotten so expensive! They do still know its McDonalds right? I go in there the tables are just a mess. Salt and liquid on the tables. The food has gotten worse, and costs more. Always getting stuff out cold. This is the Mcdonalds that I had my last Mcdonalds at im pretty sure. Just consistently dissapointed in it. asked for the 40pc and 2 large fries deal at the window and she rung me up for a 4 piece and two large fries lmfao and the price didn’t sound right and i asked her to repeat the order and she wouldn't. dumbest mcdonalds experience ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the managers at McDonald's get me a hard time. Choose a fat Mexican lady only at that she gave me a very, very hard time. She was very, very rude to me. One of them was a heavy set. Also Mexican ladies. She was very, very nice. She tried to disconnect the situation. But the other fat 1 gave me a hard time. I hope I never go to that restaurant again to see her cause I will give her a piece of my mind. I never got my money back my hair's Browns were dipped twice in that oil. I took a Bath and wouldn't give me no more hash Browns or my bacon or massausage. So I am very, very frustrated with that McDonald's there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went inside to order at 9:40pm, the girl cleaning the lobby (Jennifer was her name) walked up to our table to tell us our food was ready (in to go bags). Once we had our food and sat back at the table not even 3 minutes later said y’all need to leave because I’m cleaning and we are closing the lobby now even though the lobby door says 10pm… I asked to speak to the Manager Sergio. I’ve never been to an establishment where they kick you out because you sat down to eat. I asked him, do we need to leave after ordering and being not able to eat inside. He told me yes because we already cleaned and are closing then said we could stay and eat but as soon as we finished we needed to leave with an attitude. I get you close at 10pm not before that, I highly recommend y’all visit another Fast food restaurant with better manners and isn’t rude … and if you’re closing the lobby early close the doors so customer won’t come inside and let them know before they sit down and try kicking them out or MCDONALD’S needs to change their hours to accommodate their employees when they want to close early. I always go to McDonald's drive through for the kid's meal. With most of the McDonald's I visited lately, am slightly disappointed with the fries and nuggets. It is not crispy and warm as it used to be. Most are cold and harden. I understand sometimes they have to precooked, then put under light to keep warm, so they can meet the demand to be quick and prompt service with customers.
